Swan geese ? have they been up to something ? i've never heard of them although something rings a bell , maybe a mention on NUK at sometime How unusual to see the moorhen up the tree Julie , i'm sure i've not seen it . They're smashing pics , i love the crane and flamingo

Wonderful photos Julie ![]() Talking of Moorhens up a tree, I went on an evening barge trip a year or so ago (restaurant on board ) and outside it was dark and I could see all these Moorhen roosting in the trees along the river bank...it looked so odd as I'd never seen it before

That Flamingo does look a bit down in the beak
