Unbelievably this family of mallards seemed right at home in the Tesco car park in Hunstanton

 good camouflage Marg :giggle:

These are the Tawny Owl chicks that we spent most of the morning hunting for at Sculthorpe Nature reserve when we were told they were sitting out on a branch we didn't think they meant they were 30ft up a tree :giggle: Even though we didn't see them close up I was thrilled to see them as it's the best view (and first photos) I had of Tawny owls and as you'll see I got a little snap happy

Oh :wow2: how lucky were you....... :jealous: :giggle: that smilie is getting used an awful lot just lately. :girlygiggle:

Brilliant photos, especially if they were that far up in the tree. :clap3:

By the way I would have been even more snap happy than you were.

What a variety of birds you managed to see ... fantastic photos Julie :clap3:

The Mallard family is very brave living in the car park - I like the way they have chosen a disabled parking space ... maybe they think the circle means it is a designated Mallard parking space :giggle:
