One of the highlights from our visit to the Tropical butterfly park was the parrot show and flight display.

The footage isn't brilliant as it was taken through the bars but it gives you an idea of just how clever the Parrots are!

:wow: Fantastic photos and footage Julie. I loved the section in the footage where the ball wouldn't drop down through the tube so the parrot wiggled the lever around until it did ... it just shows how they have learned what is supposed to happen and what to do to resolve matters when it doesn't.

All the photos are superb but I particularly like No. 4 where the parrots are flying away from you towards the handler. Did you use manual settings for that or let the camera do the work?

:thanks1: so much for sharing this part of your visit to the Tropical Butterfly Park. I've really enjoyed it.

Fantastic footage and photos Julie. :clap5:

What a lovely way to educate people, very unique.

They're so clever, and it's lovely to see them all enjoying themselves.

I love that photo of them flying away from you too, those colours must have been amazing to see like that.

Thanks for sharing a part of your day there Julie, I really enjoyed it. :cool2:
