I seem to have taken quite a few shots of the Chaffinches :giggle: but they were the only ones that hung around for a few seconds, the others were just so quick flying in, grabbing a seed and :outtahere: :giggle:

Long Tailed Tits, I don't think I've ever seen so many on one bird table before, at one point there was over 20!

Julie, what an amazing collection of birds on your feeders. On the rare occasions I see a long tailed tit it is usually on it's own, to have so many on your bird table at one time is fantastic.

:encore: Your just reward for supplying the birds with such a variety of food Julie , what a wonderful sight  I've never tried one of the tray type feeders which the LTTs seem to be happy with .

A brilliant set of photos Julie, lovely colours on many of the birds I suppose they will be coming into breeding plumage mode soon.

Sculthorpe is a great reserve for seeing birds close up. :cool1:

Blimey!! That feeder with all the Goldfinches looks much like the one hanging from my bird table, I often get as many as 12 Goldfinches trying to get on 6 feeding ports. I find that quite amusing, I love those Long-tailed Tits... gorgeous!
