I think Dunnocks have the most beautiful song

You've captured them both brilliantly with tail fanned out and tail cocked :encore:

Treecreeper (Certhia familiaris). I never tire of watching these busy little beauties.

Thank you hh. I love taking bird pictures but it is always rewarding when you occasionally capture the character and essence of the species.

Treecreepers are great aren't they! Blinking difficult to get a good capture though, but yours is excellent :clap3:

Wonderful photos, Tim. I especially like the close up of the shag, and that gorgeous treecreeper, but they're all fantastic, and so pin-sharp!

Thanks Alex and Dave.

When I take bird photos I am always looking to get another better picture of the species. Usually there is plenty of room for improvement but in the case of the Treecreeper I think I will find it hard to get a better one than this, so I am very pleased to have got it, especially as they are not renowned for posing for you.

Hope you are enjoying your trip Dave.

Isn't that Treecreeper photo great? I've seen one, but not managed to take a photo, and certainly would be greatly challenged to take one this good!
