They do use some ridiculous terms to describe the weather, I agree - not heard that one but now you have mentioned it I'll now listen out :cool:

Many thanks John.

Those were taken from one of the bird hides at Holme Marsh and it is such a peaceful spot. Just a few minutes walk away from the caravan we stay in and at that time of the morning the only things i come across are Barn and Tawny owls, stacks of honking geese and the sounds of Curlew and calls of Marsh harriers...and that's all before 7am!

:wow: :greatpic: Dave. Our talk at last night's rspb meeting was about the north Norfolk path which runs from Hunstanton to Cromer, have you ever tried that one? He mentioned Holme, Titchwell and Holkham.

Hi Tabatha.

I have done part of the walk many years ago whilst taking in natures reserves along the way and the furthest we reached was the car park at Granborough Hill which is just outside Salthouse beyond the nature reserve at Cley.
