Not sure if I'm adding these in the right section but i took these in the early hours of the morning when we were having a lovely long thunder storm last week, i've always wanted to get some lightning shots and now finally got some. :yay:

Thanks all :) My favourite has to be the last one also. It was a really good storm, one that lasted for quite a few hours which made a change as its normally one clap of thunder and its all over :lol2: but I was really pleased that this one lasted a while. :yes:

:thankyou: I've tried for years trying to get a snapshot of lightning but never managed to get one as it happens so quick so this time I decided to take a video of the storm and then captured the lightning images from that and hey presto it worked. :Cool: I'm well pleased as i didnt think i got any lightning like this on the video. :woo:

:thankyou2: I know I like storms but i hope it doesn't get to bad Jenny I've got a wedding to go to tomorrow :lol2: Had some rumbles of thunder so far today but no lightning as yet. I've got quite a few sunset/sky pictures which I'll share with you all soon. :cool:

:thankyou: Jenny, the day turned out to be lovely considering how it was on friday, i didnt think the rain would end but thankfully the sun shone yesterday :sunshine: . We did take the camera although it was used more for wedding pictures instead of nature ones this time. :girlygiggle: :flower:
