Not sure if I'm adding these in the right section but i took these in the early hours of the morning when we were having a lovely long thunder storm last week, i've always wanted to get some lightning shots and now finally got some. ![]() ![]()

Thanks all :) My favourite has to be the last one also. It was a really good storm, one that lasted for quite a few hours which made a change as its normally one clap of thunder and its all over but I was really pleased that this one lasted a while.

I've tried for years trying to get a snapshot of lightning but never managed to get one as it happens so quick so this time I decided to take a video of the storm and then captured the lightning images from that and hey presto it worked. I'm well pleased as i didnt think i got any lightning like this on the video.

Jenny, the day turned out to be lovely considering how it was on friday, i didnt think the rain would end but thankfully the sun shone yesterday . We did take the camera although it was used more for wedding pictures instead of nature ones this time.
