Ann, I don't know how I have managed to miss your bird thread. Have had a lovely catch up.

You have had some brilliant sightings over the year and super photos as well.

Thank you Jen.

I'm rather envious of your life in the Highlands - perhaps we could do one of those holiday exchanges (have you seen that film "The Holiday")?

:dance2: Ann , i don't recall the film but i have looked into the exchange in the past . .. but i can't bear the thought of packing all my stuff away again & into the loft :girlygiggle:

You can drive up here anytime and use this as a base or otherwise ... use it as a SYHA or similar .. not as charming as a Bothy though :point:

Thank you Lou.

Orkney, now there's a destination I haven't yet explored. I'll have to come back to you on that one another year Paula (if the old body is still up to it). The furthest I'm going this year is (hopefully) Chanonry Point on the Black Isle to see the dolphins again. Jen, it would be lovely to meet somewhere for a cuppa if we can arrange it? I'll be driving up to the Black Isle from Fort William, all being well.

Pigeon antics - I couldn't resist snapping these two "getting it on" in my Birch tree.
