Lovely detailed :photo: of the starling Julie. You were lucky to get one that close.

Forget Me Not - Mr Crow looks a bit lonely, is he waiting for breakfast or dinner?

:thanks: for posting

The garden was quite busy with birds this morning. I managed to take a few photos, but they're not brilliant as they were taken from indoors, and you then get reflection from the glass.
I noticed this dear little Robin, very puffed up against the cold

Then he saw the suet that I've put up nearer to the house, and he seemed quite happy to have some of that.

Just underneath the suet, I've got some lemon balm that has gone to seed and a Goldfinch seems to have found it, he was there for quite a while. I don't cut the plant back, as I found that the Goldfinches loved the seeds last year.

As I was watching the Goldfinch, I saw a female Blackbird having some of the Cotoneaster berries that were on the ground.

Just after that a male Blackbird was eating some of the Cotoneaster berries on the tree. This tree is just above the lemon balm.
