Not long after I'd defrosted the bird bath this Wood Pigeon came for a welcome drink. I took the photo through the window so it's slightly blurry.

great :camera: Di, nice to see one so close up, i had to defrost the birds water this morning, it does get used quite a lot for drinking with them. :birdbath:

Brilliant close up Tabaha, they make me smile when they argue, i watched tham doing it the other day and while they were busy nodding their heads at each other a blue tit nipped in and got some food :giggle: serves them right! :pigeon:

Yes, these wood pigeons don't like it if another bird joins them. Eventually one of them flew off. I did video them, but it wouldn't load onto photobucket, I think it was too big. Otherwise I would have tried to post it. They kept up hostilities for quite a while!! (No Jan one was certainly not chatting the other up :girlygiggle: )
