I think the first one was a tit of some sort, but couldn't make out the colours, also two blackbirds.

Just caught up with the gull and magpie pics Tabatha ,the tit could be a bluetit but as you say the colours aren't clear the blackbirds always seem to be easier to get ,all lovely pictures. :cool2:

Mr. and Mrs. Blackbird in my garden this morning. I was watching them through the window and she was ignoring him, and then when he moved up to be closer to her, she flew off! :bird1:

Sounds like she is playing hard to get at the moment. You never know you might get a blackbird's nest in a few months time.

Lovely photo. I only ever see one blackbird at a time.

It took three photos to actually get a reasonable view of the collared dove. Trouble is, if I move the curtain they all fly away.
