Lovely photos Forget Me Not. It would not be the wood pigeon sharing with the blackbird!

This Pigeon is one of my regulars and I always recognise it because his wings always seem to hang low. But it doesn't seem to bother him and he flies about. He's another one that lets you get up close. I've nicknamed him 'Low-Wing'. :girlygiggle:

I was on my way down the garden to feed the birds early this morning, when I was nearly dive bombed by the Heron again. So I dropped!! the bird food and rushed back to get the camera. Phew!! it was still there when I got back.

I managed to get a bit closer.

But then it saw me and took off, but I just managed to take this one photo, and it turned out OK. :yay:

This Wood Pigeon spent quite a while in my bird bath yesterday afternoon. Harvey was out at the time and watching him through the window. :girlygiggle:
