I took these at 7am today i have never heard the Blackbird make such a sound before it was a continual much deeper one than its normal lovely song. And lo and behold a cat was on the garden
it must have been am alarm call.He was jumping up and down like i dont know what.

This little bird came looking for worms when i was painting the fence he was not bothered by me one
bit and quite happy to have his photo taken.Sorry they are dark it was under the Mahonia tree
