Stunning photos both Steve and Shaz. A beautiful selection of birds there. I haven't seen any Blue Tits in my garden for a while now and they used to be quite regular. I even put up a nesting box for them and even though I saw one checking it out a couple of times in Spring, it must have gone to pastures new! for sharing such great photos both.

Same here Beth, a lot of the birds that visited my garden during the winter and spring have only just started to return, during july and august i only had my local House Sparrows and Starlings plus my regular Wood Pigeons and Collard Doves visiting, i have only noticed during the past week or so that the Blackbirds, Robins and Dunnocks have started to appear again also a Blue Tit visits occationally. I am sure as the weather gets cooler and the insects start to disappear they will be back again in droves.. |
