Good morning all.

The feeders are usually filled with both sunflower hearts and niger seed and the Goldfinches have about a 50/50 split on what seed they feed on. I am fortunate in as much as i have around 10 to 15 Goldfinches visiting at any time. The cost for seed used to be a problem but i now bulk buy and this is saving me a small fortune.

Hi good morning all

This is a image of a Blackbird that is nesting in the privet hedge at the bottom of my garden tucking into the buggy nibbles which he has a liking for.

Hi everyone :wave2:

Just arrived home from a shopping run and cleared out some old grapes from the fridge and watched with great amusement the scrum that took place with the local Starling community over who was going to eat them.

I managed to get a few images and will post a few needless to say the grapes didn't last long with the Starlings eating nice to see bird's getting one of there five a day.

Pete.

Hi good evening people

These are a couple of images that i took around a hour ago of a Blue Tit on a feeder.

The joys of being a house husband and washing the dishes and having bird's like this one visit the advice I got some time ago to locate a feeder in view of your kitchen window is good advice when you think how much time you spend stood at your sink each day.
