Very well captured Grayling.

It's ages since I've seen any LTT's in my garden, there again I've had to stop putting out fat balls for a bit, because I'm getting so many Starlings in the garden at the moment, and they get through them very, very quickly. They can be like a plague of Locusts at times....everything goes within 15/30 minutes, and now they're bringing their fledglings as well, there isn't a hope. :scream:

Thank you Happyhare Tabatha and Marg :thankyou:

Marg, I've cut down the suet pellets because of the Starlings and Jackdaws but I like to leave the fat balls for the Greater Spotted Woodpecker.

My starlings have gone AWOL for the moment - wonder how long that will last.

Lovely shot of an over-worked LTT Grayling, you do stand a good chance of seeing more as they travel through the garden in family groups. The characteristic high pitched 'zizz zizz zizz' contact call is usually the first indication that they are about, so as well as an eye try keeping an ear out for them. Good Luck. Jean & Graham
