:paul: i got the magnifying glass but still can't make it out :paul:

It does look long and thin HH but with a dark end ? perhaps it's a snake :paul: a reptile of some sorts ?

I borrowed Graham's strong reading glasses Mick & without noticing your caption said to him that I thought it looked like a lizard - but I suppose we will never know!

Love your Kestrel shots Mick, your focussing skills are first class. Jean & Graham

thanks grayling. its siskins not goldfinch but im sure ye knew and its a typo. am really glad to see them in garden these past few days, its a first for my garden. must be the sunflower hearts which i only started using a month or so ago.
the collared doves are very elegant birds i think, not a bit colourful but beautiful all the same.

As we mostly have Woodpidgeons here Mick your Collared Doves are a dainty pleasure to behold - they really don't need a lot of colour as they are smoothly un-cluttered. Jean & Graham
