Julie they were all one family :cool1:

And some more.....by the time I'd grabbed the camera I'd scared some off...........they all seemed to have fledged now and many of them have moved on.....I can tell by how quiet it is :(

Looks more like a fledgling Yellowhammer to me, especially with that yellowy-buff facial colouration.

you wait for ages and ages for one Greenfinch to come along and all of a sudden ....FIVE at once !!! :happy2:
i was sitting watching the feeder when a family popped in . one parent and four youngsters . the seeds were all gone but some chewed uip peanuts did the trick :nod:
