The sight of them to-day was fantastic, they were all over the fields where cows had been. The birds were joined by Redwings and Song Thrush's.
Many thanks for all your compliments. The Brambling have now been joined by a second bird.

One or two birds on the cliff paths but the rain is making walking anywhere rather treacherous. Anyway one or two photo from last week. Stonechat and Chaffinches from the scrub around the top of the cliffs.
Long-tailed Tits from the little wood I visit. Also a Grey Heron just down the lane from where I live.

Thought that I'd taken a photo of a Fieldfare and then realised it was a Mistle Thrush of which I had given up on finding for the Challenge, a nice surprise.
Coming home a Dunnock waiting for me on the gate.
