A belated :thanx: to you all for your nice comments .. been a while since I posted on here so have a few to add .. will start with this beauty

Common Buzzard flying overhead whilst Judy was showing me around the Bystock nature reserve.. the only drawback was .. as the Buzzard was flying overhead all the lizards went into hiding :( so I never managed to see one .. but there will be other times

:thanx: Everyone :D was a beauty and the sun catching it as it soared was breath taking

OK .. went for a little walk the other morning and saw this bird flying being mobbed by crows .. is it a Kestrel ? I never really seen one flying before only hovering or perched so it threw me a bit ..

First I've seen of this thread Shaz, excellent pics, both me and Emma loved the Buzzard, although Emma is a wee bit green at the moment

Good effort with these. You've chosen a very difficult subject to photograph and you've done well. I still haven't managed to capture any great shots of birds in flight yet.

Brilliant photos Shaz :clap3:

It is a very hard subject to attempt and as Jason said you have done really well.

It is indeed a Kestrel Shaz :cool2:
