It's totally natural to blame something or someone when a disaster like this happens, but I reckon the scientists have it right on this one... I certainly hope so! :paul:

They are always looking for a scapegoat, Dizzy but let the science tell the full story before condemning something. I believe the scientists have also got it right in this instance.

:encore: i do hope that it works , Dave .. all signs seem promising at the moment . I watched the chap pumping the Biochar into the ground around the ash trees ... now we wait to see if it's had any effect on the large tree . Just a simple solution :encore:

I'd like to know how many of those killers went on to receive a sentence :notfair: I read the other day that a 12month suspended sentence was given for killing a harrier :point: .... huh ! some deterrent

That's a heart warming scene , John . In some things we're no cleverer than a sparrow .. he knew just what to do .

:thanks: for the links , both :cool1:

It really is good news indeed Jen. The project covers numerous bases and, not only the generation of areas for wildlife, but importantly it does connect people with nature and that is something money can't buy.
