:cool2: i hope they're able to carry out their plan Dave ..... and the rest of the UK follows suit .
We are very slow to insist on these changes .... leaving it to the individual never works

I was at Ardmore point on the Firth of Clyde once and couldn't believe the numbers of these small blue sticks washed up on the shoreline after the rough weather :notfair: ..I'd no idea what they were but now I do .....absolutely 1000s of them :gaah: too difficult to attempt a clean up ...very depressing

The whole subject gets more and more difficult .

I'm against Hunting , Shooting and Fishing for sport but sometimes agree species might have to be culled if there is no predator to keep numbers down naturally .

I believe the research that shooting badgers does not stop the spread of bovine TB and that other means of reducing numbers need to be found and used if necessary .

I believe that it's definitely not only badgers who might spread B TB and often it's because of our shocking husbandry when keeping cows ... too many to a field or barn .. same as chickens .

The Police don't have the resources to police these activities and for no fault of their own , they're forced to take sides .... which are now all fighting and blaming each other .

Yet another badly thought out policy by the Government

:soapbox: ..........

There is a lot of political posturing as always Jen and i just wish that it had all been dealt with properly in the first place, the whole issue is now so clouded that it is nothing more than a shambles. The evidence was there from the start and the government failed to recognise it.
