Found this today on the margins of Pamber Forest which is mixed oak, birch, hazel - this was beneath an oak tree and I think it is Hare's Ear?![]() ![]() ![]() |

Hi Jan. That is a Collybia type, i'll have a closer look. Hi Paula. 1. Agreed on Green Elfcup 2. Agreed on Amethyst Deceiver 3. Mycena inclinata 4. Birch Polypore 5. Likely to be Coprinus lagopus as is the next photo. 6. Gymnopus confluens (Can be added to the fungi photo challenge) 7. Not sure as yet. |

I wondered whether this might be Blusher? Mixed deciduous woodland - beech, oak, some birch, hazel I think I can seem reddening around the damaged area - if not that then maybe Grey Spotted Amanita? ![]() ![]() Same habitat - I think this is Wood Blewit? ![]() ![]() and I think this is Upright Coral Ramaria stricta? Same habitat, growing on rotting wood most probably beech. ![]() |
