Some great fungi Mick. In reference to the one before Turkey tail on the previous page. It could be a Hygrophorus sp but would need to look further. Photo 6 of this latest batch could be Plums and Custard but would need to see the yellow/custard coloured gills to be sure. |

Ahh, thanks Mick. Probably not Plums and Custard then. A few more id's for you: Photo 2. Daedaleopsis confragosa. Photo 4. Could be early stages of Clitocybe gibba. Photo 5. Possibly a Mycena pura that has lost it's cap colouration Photo 8. Is a very good candidate for Lactarius glyciosmus. Photo 9. Agaricaceae sp. |

Post 793, photo 3 Mick bears a resemblance to Postia caesia but it is hard to say whether is is actually a bracket fungi. |

Hi Hazel. From what i can make out so far: 1 & 2. Lepista sp - Would need spore prints. Spore prints of many similar Cortinarius sp turn paper brown after a few hours, Lepista turn a pale pink colour. 3. Tricky to say at that young stage and it could be Yellow Stags Horn (calocera viscosa) or possibly Calocera cornea (Might be worth checking back in a few days to see it has developed further) 4. Agreed 5. Coprinus sp 6. Agreed on Stinkhorn 7. Agreed on Sulphur Tuft 8. Unsure as yet 9. Possibly a Collybia sp 10. Common Earthball |
