I have a couple of new ones please Dave. I'm hoping the first one is Hoof Fungus and is the second one a Bonnet Fungi?

Yes to Hoof fungus and yes to the bonnet fungi which looks like a Coprinus type.

No. 1 - in mixed wood, sorry no picture of the gills as I was restricted in where I was allowed to walk.

The first one is Pholiota squarrosa and you are spot on with the other two being White Waxcaps - Hygrocybe virginea.
