Had a 4 day break down the LLeyn Peninsula on sunday went to Aberdaron Beach and Sandy spotted six Brent Geese so guess how quick I picked up my camera and got a couple of shots off before some inconsiderate woman thought it would be a laugh to send her dog after them even though she could see me taking a picture of them,if looks could kill that's all I will say, anyway here is two of said geese, seems early to me must have had a strong tail wind lol, there were also a couple of Rock Pipits as well but to far for a pic.

stunning birds Alan  ....another species i've yet to see. as for the dog walker...my brother had a similar tale when trying to snap some otters on the isle of Arran. some loud mouthed guy decided to shout about the shy mammals to his family ...not too much chance with these numpties about :notfair:

We have had similar experiences with dogs unfortunately and it is always down to the owner rather than the actual dog...very inconsiderate people out there Alan and John.

Cracking shots of the Brent Geese Alan :clap3:

what beautiful birds , Alan ... and they look in very good condition .

They are the first Brent Geese I have ever seen as well John which made them even more special.

Lovely photos of the Brent Geese Andy but what a shame you had to experience such ignorance from that woman.

I saw a few Brent Geese last week down at Chichester Harbour when me and OH did a harbour tour but they were a long way off.
