Has anyone come across this particular fungus before. It appeared in my front garden in November 2015, died off of its own accord and hasn't been back since. I did a bit of research on it at the time which shows that it doesn't pose any harmful effects to humans or pets, but I still didn't want to risk our dog eating any of it. Also, because of its spore nature the research states that hosing it off your grass doesn't seem to eradicate it completely. ![]() I'm just curious if anyone has dealt with it in case it does return. |

Hi Laurie. Seen this fungus many times but never had to deal with it in that way. I can do some research into it. |

I don't think I've ever seen it....disgusting to look at but then the name isn't exactly appealing either
