Great excitement just now, no camera to hand I'm afraid. Within ten feet of where we were standing in the kitchen Mark exclaimed, look a humming bird. There was a tiny bird with it's wings moving just like one with it's beak apparently drinking from the drops of water on the climbing rose on the summerhouse. when it started to fly away we realised it was a Goldcrest. Has anyone witnessed such behaviour?
