Thanks Grayling Pam and Dave. I spotted a Pied Wagtail on the summerhouse roof today and a Wren flitting about, both were too quick for me.

My new (squirrel proof ?) feeders have arrived. I have this positioned too low, it needs some adjustment. Supposedly the weight of the squirrel slides the tube over the nuts and hides them.

The birds didn't take long to get used to the new feeders, Eric. I hope it keeps the Squirrels at bay.

The squirrel proof feeders seem to be working,
this is the "feeding station" yesterday. The bird table proper has mealworms on it for the Robins

The lovely little Coal Tit seems to be hanging around, it is amazing how tiny he is.

The blue tits of course are around in their droves

Great photos of your feeding station, Eric. I've washed my feeders and I've just got to order some seed now and put them back up.

They definitely need cleaning from time to time, if only to prevent the spread of disease.

Thanks Tabatha. The tits were making a lot of fuss today and wouldn't keep still for me so instead I got them flitting from one feeder to another.
