Thanks Julie and Jen. Jen I do use my phone a lot but it's not good enough to take this. My shots of birds and animals are usually with my Canon 60D and telephoto lens often from an upstairs window as this one was.

Eric... it's a long time since I've even seen a Bullfinch never mind having them in my garden, however I do have lots of Goldfinches. I also have a Canon 60D in my armoury, I have had it since 2012 and I really like it.

John P: The 60D is a great camera isn't it. I have the 450D too. I keep the 24-105mm Canon lens pretty well permanently attached to that.
