Great to have a G S Woodpecker about, Jean. What generously sized nut feeders, no wonder she is attracted. I think she is a female. Our present regular visitor appears to be a juvenile.

Jen for that reason i take them through the window.Any movement and thats it.
Eric i have Juveniles they are lovely so have to make sure with there mum/dad
i have lots of nuts for them.They eat the Niger seed too.

My lovely Fledgling Robin,he followed me everywhere yesterday but trying to get a pic was a challenge
to say the least.

I've noticed a new fledgling here in my garden recently which i call to through the open door in the hope it'll become friendly ... he's moving closer :)

I've also some new wrens :yes:

Thanks Jen they are lovely im sure your Robin will become more friendly.
I just put some seed and water for mine today his little head went to one side
and he/she sang away.Lucky you two Wrens they are gorgeous :aww:

I looked out of the kitchen window and saw this Sparrowhawk sat on the bird table
just managed to get this before he went.
