Little Owl.

This is a photo I took several years ago, I came across a Little Owl nest in a pile of concrete rubble that had been there for years by the look of it. This is one of the three young youngsters.

Thank you all very much. I did get several shots but this is the best of the bunch, I was there several hours as the Owls disappeared in a flash as soon as they saw me leaving me with plenty of bum shots... literally... :lol:

Although I'm in closer with this image I think the first one has more going for it because the Owl is hiding in the rubble.

I've just been looking through my files, this photo was taken at the same time as the other photos but with my Panasonic FZ100. The previous shots were taken with a much better Canon 400D so those turned out much better, I have had a little twiddle with this shot and it's much improved over the original. This youngster was the only one I was able to photograph out in the open.
