Thank you Laurie, I was lucky enough to fly the Atlantic at a client's expense. He wanted me to see a few things he wanted incorporating into a building I was designing for him.

Beautiful photos on here :wow:

I thought I`d share these from the other night. We entered our living room to it being on fire...not literally
The sky outside was just amazing, such an eerie light, it was like something from a horror movie
Wonderful :)

:wow: Jen and Pam, what spectacular sunsets. That last one of Jen's is an interesting cloud formation.

:thanks: it is the cloud formation that fascinates me , add the colour and they often look amazing . I did consider joining the Cloud Appreciation Society at one time they publish some good books :) My grandchildren in OZ lie on their backs and make objects from them

Pam , i remember one of mine looking similar to yours . It is as you say almost horrifying . Mine was at the time of the dreadful fires in Alberta and the view here looked exactly the same

Hi all, thanks for the lovely comments.
I really did think that something had gone up in smoke! It must have been the way the light was being reflected onto lower level storm clouds. The light was like how it goes during an eclipse, but red :) The neighbours came out to see it as well :peeps:
