Amazon Prime: End of an Era?
I have grown less fond of our Prime membership. Things are rarely 2 day when they say they are, even if no holiday or weekend is in the way. I have been less than impressed with the video service for some time :nope:

What games are you playing?
Playing Skyrim Special Edition for PS4. It is magic all over again  :yeah:

Post When You Buy or Sell Any Game
Skyrim for PS4! Woo hoo! Back to Tamriel I go....

Toughest video game character
Without a doubt, Joel from The Last of Us. I will give honorable mentions to a few others.

Geralt - Witcher
Agent 47 - Hitman
Nathan Drake - Uncharted
Ezio - Assassin's Creed games
Sole Survivor - Fallout 4

November Game of the Month Vote Off
With only 5 nominations, there was no need for a poll.

Here are your 5 eligible nominated games. :yeah:

Poll will be open until the end of the month.

November Game of the Month Nomination Topic
Shellshocker, Thank you for being watchful. Neither of those two were released in Pal format though, which is required to be eligible. Poll To be up in a few minutes :yeah:

New Here
Welcome to Nintendo 64 Forever! Good luck on your project :yeah:

What would you do: Fallout
Head on over my way! We will start a N64 survival clan

What would you do: Fallout
 Just say no to Ghouls and Super Mutants!

What would you do: Fallout
First off 3 things....

1. I am a huge Fallout fan
2. I am an avid reader. Probably read a couple dozen post apocalyptic novels in the last two years alone.
3. I am and have been a prepper for many years.

Needless to say, In the boredom that sometimes comes with staring at an empty car lot for several hours a day, I have often considered many scenarios. If I had access to my own property I would be off to a good start. I have stockpiled food, water purification equipment, first aid supplies, hygiene supplies, topical survival books (ranging from general survival and first aid to plant identification and guides on preparing and butchering wild game), firearms, ammunition, and other various survival necessities.

If I was emerging from a vault though, I doubt I would have access to my old stuff. So it comes down to reestablishing the basic human needs. The first thing I would do is to seek out a way to defend myself/family. After that I would seek out access to shelter, food, water, fire, and medical attention. I would avoid groups whenever possible. I would not be afraid of trading with others, but would definitely try to avoid crazy people/factions. The most important thing to me is knowledge and experience. It is nice to have access to several bic lighters in your bag, but can you build a fire without them? Starving? No wild game in sight? It pays to know what is edible and what isn't.

Give me a nice cave in the middle of nowhere

Or would we hand them OOT and call it good?
- This :)

 really. If not that, then give Miyimoto and his guys the Trillion to make a new Zelda on the 64 :yeah:

The positive topic!
I like No64DD Because his avatar cracks me up, and he is funny on Miitomo!

What games are you playing?
Back to playing Hitman in my down time. Still playing Little Big planet 3 with my daughter, along with Tricky Towers and some Goat Simulator. Also gave Fat Princess a go this past week.

Inspiration from/for Nintendo Games
How had I missed this topic before  Love the Goroh one. He is who I always raced with.

New to the Forum
Hello, and welcome to Nintendo 64 Forever! Good luck on your project! :yeah:

November Game of the Month Nomination Topic
Thanks Cabanon. Bdr suggested it. Very handy!

November Game of the Month Nomination Topic
Time for nominations once again, but lately we have a made some changed to GotM. I am now including an eligible game list to help folks know what games are open for nomination.

Here is how it works:

Each member gets to nominate 1 game that was not in the top 20 in sales. The topic will remain open for a week to ten days. At which point, I will write each of the nominations on a piece of paper, and draw 5 total out of a bowl.

Those 5 will then be put to a vote for the rest of the month to decide the official "Nintendo 64 Forever Game of the Month". You may nominate a game already chosen by another member if you wish too, but only one piece of paper per game nominated will be put in to the bowl. If someone has already nominated a game you wished to nominate, please consider going with your 2nd choice. Those nominated that are not drawn out as well as the 4 that lose the vote will be eligible for re-nomination next month if you so choose.

In case anybody is lost here, the idea is for you to play the winning game for a bit, and then
comment on your thoughts after playing. We used to discuss things like game play, graphics, sound, controls, replay value, as well as how the game has stood the test of time. This is a great chance to discover fun games you perhaps missed out on.

If you do not own the winning game; perhaps consider borrowing, buying, emulation, or perhaps even check for it on the virtual console.
Any questions? Just ask away...
