If anyone is looking for a PS4, Amazon have them in stock, although i'd order sooner rather than later, although they do have at least a 1000 (This is the most you can stock check sadly)

2 hours later and only 270 are left. pretty insane if you ask me.

but...

even with a reball, it will STILL get a YLOD over time

i notice something strange; the USA phats are a lot more reliable than the EU's. they fall like the flies over here in belgium (and other EU countries). such a :cussfit: shame though, the BC phat is one of my favorite consoles :(
here's your answer

Europe = no lead

Sony went the easy way and took this solution worldwide. they switched the psu 3 times in the fat model. someone in the engineering department didnt do it's job properly in the beginning. they went batshitcrazyinsane on the OS security but they failed on main component.

this has been bugging me for a very long time as there's some stuff I bought in the past I wanted to share with you guys but had no particular place, so here it is.

Picked this up today (actually my wife) and im very please to have it. I'm a big Metallica fan and seeing I couldnt get the Doris edition, I had to have the Deluxe.

Front (Just as a comparison, it is as big as the vinyl format, or close to)

Best N64 Sports Game (Ball/Puck/Ring Edition)
good question, I rarely played any of the sports games except hockey. I know we played Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey like crazy during winter ('97 ?) but that's it.

Not sure if i made a good decision buying Tomb raider as i already have it on PC but wanted something new to play on my Xbox one :yeah:
many people I know bought it on ps3 first and bought it again for ps4 and very very please with it. they're discovering it all over again. they completely overdone themselves with edition. they didnt just ported, they redid it all.

80euros is like 130$canadian, add shipping both way, we're up to 220$+ easily. not worth it at all.

Rare Nintendo Item (NES)
yeah its the time of the year where NWC cart pop up. 2 logical reasons

1) people have overspent before christmas and want to cash in to avoid some repo :pottymouth:
2) tax time is coming and people (will) have extra cash to spare so sellers are testing the market to see how much they could get.

nothing new, just the right period for seller (and bad one for buyer because it's too high)

actually, i play GH/RB at 0ms. what I play is what I see and im spot on. I know when I plugged my n64 directly to my TV, it had lag because whenever I tried to play MK64, it would take maybe 20-30ms to do the proper turn (which is VERY VERY bad), but when I plugged it in my amplifier, everything went ok. so yes the TV produce lag (sometimes very little, sometimes alot) but there's solution around it which doesnt include a frikkin CRT

Retail Display Boxes
is there a product code inside the box on the flaps ?

mine is dead since April last year. I think I played too much NFS:MW lol (close to 2000 hours) and my system didnt like it. the fan was acting weird so I replaced the thermal paste + thermal pads but it didnt worked so well. got the YLOD, fixed it to upload my save game to PS+ then YLOD again. the only way to truly fix it is a complete reball of the cpu which cost a fortune and isnt worth the fix.

bought a superslim 500gb GOW bundle and it's rock solid for now. I needed an upgrade anyway as my HDD was always full.

I can see a 20ms lag no problem (thanks to Guitar Hero & Rock Band), yes it has a game mode but I had to turn it off because it was creating major lag when playing GH/RB. that said, I dont see lag at all when playing nes/snes/n64 on my TV.

Retail Display Boxes
there were not for the NFR cart. they're just oddities and cool items. I know about SM64, Goldeneye but never saw a DKR one. as for value, it's priced as much as a collectors want it. I do want it tho lol but unsure about price.

oops sorry, double post.

The Walking Dead
nope. still need to get my hand on the first season on disc with 400 days. ill wait for a price drop.

I stopped after the first chapter. there were lies concerning the lag. mine has ZERO lag whatsoever. whatever the game/console it is. and even if it did, I could adjust it with amplifier which has a built-in lag adjuster specifically for games.

Five Finger Death Punch is one of the best metal band that was created these last years. all their albums are so freaking good, I barely skip a song.
