Granted, but once you have conquered you are the only human being left alive on the planet. Consequently you get insanely lonely and inevitibly screws start to loosen in your head.

I wish that we get a lot of snow this year in the midlands, in the UK.

December Game of the Month Vote Off
Nov 30 2016, 03:04 PM
starting to look like a run away win for TS2 :)

It has been coming for a few months now...

I am still fascinated by the variant that had TS2 movie tickets included with the game! Crazy. :n64:

Granted, but they are not symmetrical, so look odd.

I wish the NES mini was back in stock and scalpers would stop buying up all the supply as soon as stock comes in!!

So Who's Your Favourite 007?
Tom Hardy has been one of the names I have heard mentioned. I agree it is such a big role to take on and there will always be people who are unhappy with the selection. I have to say, initially, I was sceptical about Craig, blonde Bond and all that, but the movies have been pretty good. Made the Bond character more dark, which is good and more realistic in a way (although the light hearted Moore Bond is where I think it is at). Quantum of Solace was a disappointment so only 3 good films from Craig IMO.

Play an N64 game...
Some real good posts in here lately! Shellshocker Goldeneye is the best game ever! Period. Of course, I am biased.

Italia - wow good on you. I am so jealous. I wish I could just meet up with some like minded enthusiasts and play the crap out of Goldeneye and Mario Kart etc with a few beers...

Would You Rather . . .
Ice cold showers for sure. I like my meals piping hot.

Would you rather be Predator or Alien?

What is your favorite Movie Opening?
I think Moonraker (James Bond) intro is one of my favourites although slightly unrealistic. I just love how he falls out the plane without a parachute and hi-jacks the bad guys parachute in mid air. Makes me laugh every time.

Happy Birthday SJ64! Have a good day mate!

Most competitive kart racer
This answer might be considered vanilla but it was always Mario Kart for me. Was and is great just being able to race as a Grand Prix, against your mates or battle it out in battle mode. Battle mode was a nice extra to provide some good variation in the multiplayer mode. Of course, both modes, very competitive.

Thanksgiving 2016
Happy thanksgiving to all. Thanks to all you awesome lot for making N64Forever such a great community to be a part of.

Solo's N64 Comboy controller and console!
Nice pickup SJ! Never seen those before, thanks for sharing.

Toy Story 2 for me. Has to be. Great game. Shame about not having the cart save feature but otherwise very good and very worthy of game of the month.

Solo's Complete N64 Backup tower!
Nice man! I had no idea there was all these bolt ons until recently (apart from the DD).

Congratulations on landing them all.

Favorite YouTube Channel?
I'm going to give a shout out to Glenn Plant, a member on this forum albeit not an active one, because I watch a lot of his reviews on N64 games before deciding whether to purchase them for my collection or not. Very useful. If you haven't seen any of them check it out!

Intedall64 Collection
Awesome David! Well jelly. Got the hardest out of the way at least anyway with the Watermelon!

Photobucket is playing up for me at the moment. Proving to be pretty crap. I try to upload a picture and it goes to some other page saying I've won something...

Happy Birthday Shellshocker. Happy belated birthday to you too EnvyFox.

Can you tell me what game this is?
Would have thought the above was a good shout? Mickey's Speedway USA? Cart racer and you can race as Donald Duck or Daisy Duck...

Wii U Ends Production
Nov 15 2016, 08:51 AM
already ending ? wow. I thought i'd be able to snag one for ultra cheap when the Switch will be all over the stores.

Great minds think alike? I too, was hoping to snag one on the cheap. I owned one, briefly, but I sold it on because I paid a decent amount and I heard the rumours it was ending soon and didn't want to lose big money. I broke even by the way. I don't like the controller idea to be fair but the games were quite good - Donkey Kong, MK8 and the Mario World like one. My intentions were to try get another one when they become cheap. Maybe they will become collectibles and this never will be the case. We will see.

Not to hijack the thread but just on the Switch, I'm not drawn in to this on the surface. Just come on Nintendo just keep it real with a normal controller, rather than try and be too clever, and you might do alright...

Two fundamental problems with the Wii U for me. 1) Controller. 2) The system needs to be like an Xbox or PlayStation and have the likes of CoD. People want the Nintendo games but don't want to have to have a Nintendo console and another current gen one. It's bad enough keep having to buy a new console nevermind two...
