Not boring at all, this was a very interesting read man. I love seeing custom N64 projects like this that make the community stronger! How did you learn to do all this stuff? I'm guessing you have a programming/engineering background? :capice:

pricing would be swell
What I think, nothing official though, is that pricing is around $130 wholesale per unit + labor costs of the installer + profit margin of the installer + sales tax. So I would guess around $200 all in all ... or more.
Sanni, are you lined up to be an installer? ***FINGERS CROSSED***
It would be nice to have our very own installer here. :D

Also, @bluedog can you link the thread about the funtastic video quality differences?

Post When You Buy or Sell Any Game
Found a listing for this fan and it piqued my interest because it had this random looking girl on it. Went ahead and bought it and I later found out she's none other than Hirosue Ryoko! She is a famous actress from Japan and she was used to advertise the rumble pack functionality of Super Mario 64 and Wave Racer. You can view the commercial here: https://youtu.be/R0mXnqVxrqc... So it looks like this fan might be correlated to that commercial. There's some Japanese text on there but my comprehension level is too low to understand.

Freak Boy proto cart found
Wow, had no idea about this game. Looked like a really fun game judging from the videos. Music sounds a lot like Goldeneye.

Rocky's Gallery
Thanks Monti! I do like the museum analogy, preserving the N64's history is one of my goals as a collector. :n64:

The Age of N64 Cart Repros has Begun

To me, even $67 is sort-of high for a repro. I wonder if the PCB is nothing but a glop or is it a real game board altered.
You can see the working board in this picture. Definitely not the same boards used for real games.

The Age of N64 Cart Repros has Begun
Edit: N64 Cartridge Board Picture Repository: http://s9.zetaboards.com/Nintendo_64_Forever/topic/7464768/1/ Come here to verify if your carts are fake or not!

These carts actually work like the real game, just make sure you always check the boards from here on out because they look completely different. These might start ending up in the circulation now...

Edit: you guys better start buying those game bits to open N64 carts if you don't already have one.
