Help Identify my Nintendo 64 model!
Looks like you got yourself an old store display N64! This was most likely displayed at one of the more popular retailers of the time like Sears, Funcoland, or even Wal-Mart. Hardware-wise there's nothing special about it. It was likely a unit that was taken out of a retail box and slapped on with a store sticker like the one you have in picture 2. We still did stuff like this when I worked at Sears last year. You got a really cool piece of history there.

Request: N64 Homebrew Subforum?

Hi Rocky! In the Modding Forum, we have a suforum for software modding and development. This is intended to capture anything Homebrew.
Dang I feel silly now. I'll go check it out!

Request: N64 Homebrew Subforum?
The N64 Homebrew scene was pretty active back in the day when partner systems and workstations were still kicking around, and then the years started to pass and seemingly the Homebrew scene took a little bit of a dive into hibernation. I've noticed there's been a bit of a resurgence in the past years with Homebrew. I think awesome devices like the Everdrive have played a role in that along with the community exploring the N64 SDK and even making their own libraries like libdragon. There's been cool new N64 mods coming out like the Goldeneye Perfect Dark Fusion Rom, game patches like English Animal Forest, and even homebrew games that were built from the ground up like Yeti 3D. I guess what I'm trying to say a N64 Homebrew subforum would be amazing! The scene can use a little love and I would love to discuss it here on my favorite forum.

Things we could talk about in this subforum:

-N64 Homebrew Games
-N64 Homebrew Mods
-N64 Homebrew Requests
-N64 SDK Tips and Tricks
-SDK Help and Set-Up

Hello everybody!

why not expand it to NTSC-J and PAL exclusive ? or maybe add them later down the road...
Will tackle those down the road definitely. For right now I'm just focusing on finishing the NTSC set first.

N64 Cartridge Board Scan/Picture Repository Complete! (NTSC)
I apologize for the late update guys, haven't been as active as late due to finishing up university and all that job related stuff. I also do a lot of Photoshop stuff for these cartridge pictures behind the scenes which can be very time consuming. With that said....HUGE UPDATE!

-Jonafish comes in swinging once again with a whopping 30 game update! We're now at 47/296 N64 games. :n64:

-No64DD verifies the rarest cartridge in the N64 library: Sculptor's Cut! :n64:

Keep em' coming! :mario:

US version of the 64DD was found..

Assembler said he has 20 more of these...
holy moly ! I wouldn't mind asking for these serials # lol
Assembler just clarified that he has never seen or owned a unit like this. It makes this unit that Metal Jesus found that much more rare and interesting!
