Nice one. :) Viva Pinata is severely under-rated; it's an excellent game. As it GTA IV. And Forza II! Yes, those games will keep you busy for a while! :D

I've been looking thrugh my own games with an intention of thinning my collection (again), so the games I'm consider trading are:

Medal of Honor European Assualt (GCN)
Eledees (Elebits) (Wii)
Ghost Squad (Wii)
Metroid Prime Corruption (Wii)
Super Monkey Ball Deluxe (Xbox)
Need For Speed Prostreet (360)
Battlefield 2 Modern Combat (360)
Condemned (360)
Perfect Dark Zero (360)
Star Ocean: The Last Hope (360)
Call of Duty 3 (360)
Frontlines (360)
Battlestations Midway (360)
Stranglehold (360)
Stuntman Ignition (360)

Most of these are decent games, but I just can't see a time when I'll get around to playing them. Some are duplicates (i.e. no point keeping Metroid Prime 3 now that I own Metroid Prime Trilogy) but most are games that I feel there are stronger titles in the genre that I'm more likely to play. If I had much, much more time then maybe things would be different. :-/

Is Perfect Dark Zero really as bad as the reviews say? I'd like to expand my Rare games collection :)

... does this mean your PS3 collection might... might have smallest chance someday in equalling your 360 collection??!?

It is an early arcade type racer. Similar in concept and design as Outrun. Falls sort of being anything compared to Outrun. But it is still a fun little racer to spend time with. :w00t:

It's doubtful. Even minus those games, my 360 collection is 80+ games and there's nothing else in those 80+ games that I want to get rid of. My PS3 collection is 23 titles. There's still games coming out on both platforms that I want, but I can't see the PS3 taking up more shelf space any time soon. No reflection on the console itself (I like it) probably more to do with owning a 360 for longer and prefering the 360 controller for some games. I'll certainly be building up my PS3 collection though. :)

I traded in a lot of those games today: Eledees, Ghost Squad, Metroid Prime Corruption, Need For Speed Prostreet, Battlefield 2, Condemned and Stranglehold are all gone. In their place I have Borderlands for 360. :)

I was really tempted to pick up a few other titles as well: Fallout 3 Game of the Year, Wipeout HD/Fury and Uncharted 2 (all on PS3) need bought... but I'm pacing myself... GTA IV Episodes from Libery City is out next week and I also want Assassin's Creed 2, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and New Super Mario Bros Wii. That's a lot of cash to spend in two months (especially considering that I won't have time to play them all), so I'll maybe get some for xmas instead.

$2.00 :)
It was a buy it now on eBay. Couldn't resist. It was one of those I needed for my Turbo. Been having fun with it tonight. It is like new, looks like it has never been used.

I'll have too admit, that the shifting of gears adds a little novelty to the gameplay. It has more gameplay depth than at first glance.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope (360)
From what you played what did you think? I haven't played a JRPG in a while and nearly bought it the other day. I'm really tempted by Tales Of Vasperia but I never saw a single copy in a shop and all online stores never seem to have any aswell apart from ebay.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope (360)
From what you played what did you think?
It's really long-winded. In the first hour of "play" I swear i had actually controlled the character for all of five minutes. Some bits seem unfinished too... there's no music during a lot of the early cutscenes and no ambient noise; it's just dialogue. It's especially strange when they're on a space ship and all you hear is the voices and no other sounds at all (no beeps from computers, no whirring of engines, not even footsteps or the noise of people using the keyboards).

Character control is okay but a little clunky. The combat is pretty good though and it looks really nice. I dunno. I need to play it more to give a fair assessment, but so far it's been pretty boring. :-/

Hearing that about a Star Ocean game is pretty bad. :-/ Even though I have had no time to finish either one, :-8 I really enjoyed the Star Ocean games for the PS1 and PS2.

My recent new stuff:

Posted Image

Borderlands is amazing fun, I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoyed Fallout 3. Fuel is okay... I liked the idea of the huge landscape to explore but sadly there's not much in it that's interesting. Eat Lead is surprisingly good and has some funny bits in it. I've not much time to play GTA Episodes from Liberty City but it seems good so far.

Lode Runner 3D was cheap and I hadn't played it before.... I still haven't played it. :-8 The Hori Commander controllers were a real bargain because no-one else bidded on them on eBay; they're both new and are basically an official controller with a redesigend shape and tubo functions. The sticks are the same as the official controllers so I'll need to lube them before they get used. And the seller threw in the controller pak for free! :D

It's a decent action-puzzle game, but expect it to get really difficult very quickly.

My sister is weird. She bought The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but she doesn't own a Wii. So guess what that means. I guess you could say it was a "gift" to me, on condition that she can show up whenever she wants to play it.

As I expected, the controls are annoying.

Just received "BioMetal" for the SNES yesterday. It is a horizontal shooter that seems very hard, that is my first impression at the moment.

Here's what I've bought in November:

Posted Image

I traded in a lot of stuff; Time Crisis 4 + Guncon 3 (PS3), Final Fantasy XIII: Revenant Wings (DS), Super Monkey Ball Deluxe (Xbox), Medal of Honor: European Assualt (Gamecube), Alone in the Dark 4 (PS1), Space Station Silicon Valley (Game Boy), Wave Race (Game Boy), Pokemon Crystal (GB), Tony Hawk 2 (GB), TOCA2 (PS1).

Which meant I got Left 4 Dead 2 and New Super Mario Bros Wii for only £1.48. ^_^

Oooooooh! You have Demons Souls! What do you think of it? I've been thinking of importing a copy since Sony Europe haven't got their act together yet. From what I've seen it's looks really good although I've heard that the difficulty can be a bitch.

I haven't even taken the game online yet, despite having it since it came out. :-8

What I've played (not much, just the first few levels) has been really easy, although I hear it gets tougher later on in the game.

Haven't started it just yet... but the difficulty is actually what is drawing me to the game!! :w00t: I'm thinking that it *might* be up next after Assassin's Creed II. :yeah:
