I've played the demo for Hunters and loved it. I'm also a rather long-time Metroid fan. However, I am also a huge fan of Mario Kart. I'm looking for single player and multiplayer, which both of these games excel in. Once there are ten votes, I will purchase the game that won. If I am unhappy with my selection, let it rest on your heads. Have at it -- ! |

Excellent! The poll says its better, Mop is telling me that I'm buying it -- all signs point to Mario Kart! PS Deku Link, after watching a tutorial video on youtube about snaking, I can safely say it's not cheating and it's probably something I'll do. I know I am very similar in Double Dash. In DD, one power slide gives a boost equal to 1/2 a mushroom. So if I use 4 in one turn, I just received two free mushrooms. Why shouldn't people strive to do that? Now snaking in F-Zero GX -- now that is retarded! |

HOLD ON GOSSY! Before you buy Mario Kart you might want to reconsider buying Hunters after reading this, uh, stellar (snickers) review. |

Mario Kart DS vs Metroid Prime Hunters... Long story short write-up of my opinion: MPH is a good solid FPS. Very good aim controls and has high production value. Controls can cause severe hand cramps. Single player campaign is annoying. Multiplayer (online and against bots) will take you a bit further. Cheap phone calls. MKDS is a solid MK game. You should be quite familiar with how this game works with past iterations of the game. Championship mode is quite lengthy. Lots of karts to choose from. Solid gameplay. Lots of cheaters online. |

Well... not that it matters now, since you've already got 10 votes, but I put in one for MKDS. But I guess this only means Metroid's next.

Metroid Prime Hunters! That game is fantastic and truly shows what can be done with the touch screen...very innovative. |

My DS collection now contains: Final Fantasy III DS Super Mario Kart DS The New Super Mario Bros Metroid Hunters and Yoshi's Island DS are next on the list, but what I have should satisfy me for awhile. MKDS is arguably the best Mario Kart to date. I wish it had been on a console instead of a handheld for multiplayer with people I know (and so I had a control stick!). The only thing I really dislike is blowing into my DS to inflate balloons -- but I'm more about racing anyway. |
