My laptop refused to boot Windows a couple of days ago, and since it doesn't have a floppy drive or a boot-from-USB option, I needed a boot CD. I found a great, freeware one (and no, this is *not* a spam post, even though it might sound like it
) at:http://ubcd.sourceforge.net/ It's an .iso image (download and burn to CD), with lots of utilities and free DOS boot environments, and made things much easier, although I realise that most people would say I should be using Linux anyway if I want reliability... This post really does read like spam, though, doesn't it?
