... assuming everyone has (and uses) a standard, horizontal TP bar in their bathroom.

As for me, I put mine on the RIGHT way. Only retards and communists put it on the other way, and whenever I witness their TP-installing stupidity, it pisses me off to no end. >_<

I haven't really taken any notice of how I hang my toilet paper. I do care though. And use it.

It makes no sense to hang it under. I've actually corrected the toilet paper position in some people's houses when I use their bathroom, which is probably extremely rude. Their ignorance led me to do it though!

I suspect that people that use under actually don't have a preference, they just throw the roll on and it happens to be under when they do.

Glad you ressurected this topic ganadorf (as well as about 50 others today : P).

I was actually debating this with a friend the other day haha. Over the top is the only way to do it. If you have it going under, i notice when you go to pull it, you get way more than you expected. Plus is always hangs down if it goes under.
