Yes you can, but unfortunately there's no shortcut that can be used to do so. You'll have to manually copy the text you want to quote and place it inside the QUOTE tags. For example:
|
| Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But hit a man with a brick, and you can have all his fish. And his wife. | |

You can also quote the first person, type your text, preview it, and then copy/cut it and use the back button to go back to the topic, and quote the next person, and paste the other quote/text. You can do that as many times as you want.
Like this. It's kind of a pain to do though. ![]() Hope that makes sense.

I often copy & paste in lieu of the 'quote' button anyway. If you use [ QUOTE=username ] then the quote will, uh, have the used name attached. |

Okay, that worked. But how do you get the times to appear when you have multiple quotes in your post? |

In the above post I tried what you said, Rapueda, and that's what happened. Not at all what I wanted. Can you explain it better? |

If you want to keep it simple (and it's easy to get confused when using multiple quotes), follow Dagoss' advice (as you did above). Just type what's inside the code box around the text when you quote multiple people:
Don't worry about the times, they don't really matter.

I'll try. It is pretty hard to explain, so I'm including screen shots. Ok, click the quote button on the post you want to quote. Then type in what you want to say. Your screen will look like this: ![]() Then click the preview button. You'll get a screen like this. You'll want to highlight the text like in the picture, and copy it (Ctrl + C): ![]() Then using the back button on your browser, go back to the topic. Click the quote button on the next post you want to quote. Type in what you want to say, and then below that, use the paste (Ctrl + V). It will look like this: ![]() Then click the preview button. The screen will look like this. Again you need to highlight the text in the box and copy it: ![]() The again using the back button, go back to the topic. Click the quote button on the next post you want to quote. Type what you want to say, and then paste. It'll look like: ![]() Then you can preview it again, and it'll look like: ![]() Keep doing that over again until you've quoted all of the posts you want. Once you get used to it, it doesn't take much time at all.
