I just recently got Xena: Talisman of Fate and it is actually pretty good. Caught me off guard. I was expecting it to be just a terrible tv show licensed game but it is actually a pretty good fighter. It helps that I'm a fan of Xena to begin with so watching the characters from the show fight is fun. With that said it isn't the best fighter on the N64, but it is worth picking up if you like Xena.

@italia64 I would say it is more like a simplified Soul Calibur than SSB, but I agree it isn't like a lot of the classic arcade style fighters

That sounds like a nice batch of games! Paper Mario in particular is one of my favorites on the console

I'd never played Paper Mario before today. I was really enjoying it so far. I probably spent the most time playing that today. Was mainly just trying to test out all the games to make sure they work and just got caught up in that.
It is an easy game to get caught up in =P

I just got OgreBattle 64 and I have to say it is officially one of my favorites on the console. I had never played, not even rental, and I am VERY happy I picked it up.

Personally I would vote for conker's bad fur day, but diddy kong racing is really good too. Best single player racing game on the system in my opinion. Blast Corps is ok, but realistically I don't think it has aged very well
