My doner kebab pizza. This is a delicacy which is only available at 2am from good kebab retailers. Mmmm... ![]() Who's jealous? And how close to a heart attack will I be if I finish it? |

I think I just vomited into my mouth a little. Seriously, that thing is a beast of a pizza. I don't even know if I could down a slice of that, let alone the whole pie. By the way, I thought a kebab was meat and vegetables on a stick... |

So did I. That object in the above picture is offensive to all of my senses. It's very existence in the world fills me with dread. |

That is really something. Sure, it's a fattening, greasy, repulsive beast of a meal, but there's a simple beauty to it. Only in Scotland.

Oh yes!
Doner kebab meat is meat on a stick. A big lump of spicy meat and they take slices off it to put in pita breads and, very occasionally, in pizzas. Check: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donner_kebab |

If I'm ever in Scotland, I'll make it a point to try one of those. Sure, I could make one myself, but it just wouldn't be the same. I wish I could buy one somewhere. I'm a seasoned pro at 1am side-of-the-road kebabs, but I'm yet to see a kebab pizza. |

I didn't know there were different types of kebab. The kind I was thinking of is shish kebab.
We have those here, they're called gyros, or if the meat's on a pizza, it's called a gyro pizza. Weird, huh? Why can't names be universal? |

Although the doner meat pizza is killer heart attack stuff, the place I get the pizza from is just great. They make Lebanese food (Falafel and other yummy stuff) and their pizzas are amazing. I dunno what herbs they put in but it's not like anything else I've tasted... and I mean that in a good way.
It also gets called Shawerma. It originates in Turkey, apparently (although I didn't know that until I looked at Wikipedia...)

I had a really awesome white pizza earlier, with onions and tomatoes on it. Next time I'm going to ask for broccoli instead of the onions, though. It was from this place called Mellow Mushrooms, which is an awesome stoner-esque kind of pizza place. Tons of album jackets on all the walls, random paintings (suck as a Hunter S. Thompson spuff with mushrooms), and old rock music. The back of the employees shirts has the Zeppelin angel guy on it. It's pretty much heaven. And alxbly, that is a terrible pizza. |

Being a vegetarian for the past 13+ years, I can say that your pizza is terrible without tasting it. |

Blasphemy! Repulsive or not, it's a Doner Kebab on a pizza. That automatically elevates it to a whole new level of awesomeness.

I'm having a hard time putting them both together, actually
Pizza = awesomeness B) Doner = awesomeness B) Pizza + doner = what would happen?
