 Just heard season 2 of The Walking Dead is arriving on PC on the 17th and 360 the next day. No definite word on PS3 or other platforms as of yet. I'm excited, only another week to go!

The Walking Dead season 2 gets XBLA release date

Almost bought this game on like 4 different occasions, lol. Glad I never pulled the trigger, I'll be picking up this re-release down the road once I actually buy the next gen.

Also since re-releases are all the rage now, who here gets sweaty at the thought of a Bioshock trilogy with all DLC for all three games? That's my dream. lol

Like I said I'm not buying a PS4/XB1 until I see a game which makes me poop my pants in amazement. That's probably going to be Mirror's Edge 2. Dice has just halted development within the past week so that they can focus all efforts on fixing Battlefield 4. :facepalm: WHOOP DE DOOOOOOO..

The teaser trailer came out 6 months ago, still no new announcements. :(

I read that today too. I'm extremely excited for it. My only concern is playing with Clementine. I really hope that doesn't wreck it for me.

On another note, it looks like The Wolf Among Us episode 2 has been delayed to next year according to wiki Q1 2014?? So much for every month or so. I'm a bit disappointed with that considering I bought the season pass :-/

Very much looking forward to Mario Kart 8! MK Wii is such a fun multiplayer game; can't wait to see what new courses, items and carts they've come up with this time.

Now if they'd just change that incredibly uncreative name to . . .

 @Dee - That sucks about the delay. I would have loved to have TWD and The Wolf Among Us episodes firing off in staggered shots for the next few months. At least with the season pass we'll be playing Wolf as soon as it arrives and I'll probably pony up for a TWD pass as well, if they do that.

 i'm currently anticipating "rambo the video game", "metal gear solid ground zeros" and "castlevania 2".

especially rambo, which seems like an original take on the shooter genre, with its on rails mechanics. a bit like die hard trilogy. it's a risk, it's having sh*ite at all of today's industry requirements, and a total sleeper hit. it's refreshing to have a shooter that doesnt want to be "COD ghost ops part 26". we'll see, this is a definate day one purchase for me 8)

 @action: What system? I remember the old NES Rambo game as being INCREDIBLY faithful to the plot of the first movie, and not a bad game for a licensed NES game.

it looks very promising.

being released near the end of the console's lifespan. being based on a popular fan favorite, probably wil not sell much.... mmmm seems like all the ingredients are there for a rarity of the future 8)

 I had a pre-order in on Amazon for The Last Guardian on PS3 and I knew something would have to give since they showed the last of the month as the release date. Of course, since we haven't heard anything about it in so long, I knew it would change. Today I got an e-mail from Amazon saying the date had shifted to the last day of December of next year. Not sure if I should be hopeful or not but at least it wasn't a cancellation altogether or confirmation that it won't be seeing a PS3 release. Keeping fingers crossed but not holding my breath.

Remember how awesome Aliens: Colonial Marines looked in the trailer? Then when you actually saw the real gameplay footage, it was like an inferior game engine from the Gamecube era?.. :D

After Aliens CM I can never get my hopes up for another movie-based game again, my heart's been broken. ha

 My hope for Rambo is that it doesn't release at full retail. Perhaps $30 or so? Perhaps I'll wait until it drops if it costs higher.

@floorcat. I wonder what this is going to look like if the rumors are true. I agree, they had it singing pretty well on the PS3.

@Red, I'd be very surprised if Rambo turned out to be a good game. I'm with TNT with this one, movie to video game adaptions usually are quite awful. :lol:

 I wouldn't doubt it but it has gotten a lot more press than most movie game adaptations and that's unusual. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

 regarding rambo, can i also point out the fact that the game has been delayed numerous times. i believe at one time it would be released "by the end of 2012". now, if they wanted to rush this game they had long released it already. but i have a feeling a lot of work is done to this game.

 I REALLY hope "Hyrule Warriors: Name Not Final" becomes the official title. :lol:

Good stuff there. My excitement is slowly but steadily building for Mario Kart 8. On one hand, I haven't really seen anything that blows me away. The hover thing doesn't do much for me. But on the other hand, it's an absolutely gorgeous Mario Kart game!

 Nice! February is shaping up as a great month in gaming for me then. Supposedly we'll see the first single player DLC for The Last of Us, Left Behind, out on Valentine's Day.
