Was I really the only person excited for Halo 4? That's crazy. I was at the midnight release and what I would say if you haven't already is get it! :omg:

Halo games have never really done anything for me. I'd still like to get them and try them out but as I am a single player gamer, I don't get too excited about these sorts of games and can wait to pick them up when the price has went way down.

My excitement for GTA V grew exponentially today with some more news about the game. Check out this link to see the details. The SIZE of the game is massive! I'm really looking forward to this one. :wub:

I don't mind Halo and have played everyone. I'll prob grab it in a few months when it drops in price a little.

That's some good info Red... Im super pumped for this game and have been waiting to get my hands on it for some time. That little snippet showed some good things that I think will work in the game quite well. :yeah:

Here's my old projector setup, before I got my 60" TV. It was a Tetris fit, but I made it work.

All of the consoles were hooked up, and I could play all of these, on that little TV stand,

NES
SNES
N64
GameCube
Wii
XBOX
360
PS1
PS2
PS3

AND...

I even had room for the HDMI switcher, AV switcher, VGA switcher (to plug the Wii in and an open VGA cord to plug my laptop in, to use on the projector), a 2Ter external harddrive, power strip, surround sound receiver and the projector.

Pretty sweet set-up, corE... and very nice how you managed to get everything to fit together in that little island!!
Definitely resembles my current set-up... which I guess I'll post (soon!) in the collection thread.

And Red, I agree fully with corE, you should hook your PS3 up now! (And maybe you'll even be done with all the firmware updates by the time GTA V comes out!!) :rofl:

I kid, I kid...

GTA V is definitely on my radar... I might even be stoked enough for it to actually start playing GTA IV & RDR!! (yes... they've sadly been in my queue for... years now I guess).

I got in on GTA IV well after it was released since I didn't have a 360 until two years ago and have only played a smidge. RDR, on the other hand, was a day one pick up and I played it from start to finish. I have the zombie expansion but haven't played very far into it. It was definitely a great game, though.

oh i cant wait to get my "The Walking Dead Limited Edition" bundle to come in. US only sales but i was able to pre-order one by a contact on NA. gonna be sweet as hell. I just dont know if im gonna open it or not.

And yeah, that Walking Dead set is pretty sweet... sad that GameStop has the monopoly on so many great exclusive limited editions. :facepalm:

It was one of the 2 or 3 requisite GameStop pre-orders I had this year. Pretty stoked for it though!

I have changed my pre-order of Tomb Raider over to the really cool looking Collector's Edition. I'm glad most of my pre-ordered games come out next year so I can save up for them. :lol:

Of course, I never thought I'd say that. When I was younger I was so impatient when waiting for new releases.

So Hitman: Absolution was released today... I have my copy in-hand as I type! :w00t:

Sadly, it's only in-hand, and not in-disc-tray spinning along as it was destined, delivering all its succulent morsels of digital happiness to my eyeballs.

But, as I finish up here at work, I just received/discovered a tasty morsel of a different kind... information that seems to point to an as-yet unannounced but seemingly impending release of the Hitman HD Collection!! :blink:

Still enjoying/savoring Hitman: Absolution...
But I just saw the new Tomb Raider trailer just now, and it's looking EPIC! Really gives the feel of an Uncharted-caliber game/story...

Well I guess i'm biased because Contracts is my favorite Hitman game, so i'll be buying it mainly for that so I can play it on my HDTV in HD. Plus it's a Hitman game, so naturally i'll collect it.

I would if I were you, unless you'd rather just have the digital version on steam.

Some info on special edition versions of The Last of Us. They are making it hard for me to decide if the regular version will do for me. >_<

I don't understand why the 2nd version is $150 when it comes with like nothing other than a statue... i'm personally getting the $80 one as I love me some steelbooks. If your buying the $150 version I'd recommend just keeping it sealed and watch the value skyrocket in a year or two its apparently a limited release.

i was just looking at these on Ebgames I really want the special edition one but it is more expensive so im not sure either ;_;

The only special edition one i can find (on ebgames anyway) is The Last Of Us: Joel Edition for $116

Dude. The last of us statue. These statues are what sold me the uncharted 3 big bundle, the infamous 2 big bundle and soon the God of war ascension pack.

The official figurines are just so detailed and awesome, I NEED to have them

I'm also really excited for Tomb Raider and hopeful for a Prototype 3

The statue is pretty cool but when these things eclipse the $100 mark I get a little hesitant. I've pre-ordered the Tomb Raider special edition that has a Lara Croft statue for $100. I got both my Infamous 2 and LittleBigPlanet 2 special editions for around $80 apiece (well after release) and they both have statues. And it is odd that the art book doesn't come with The Last of Us with the statue. I am still leaning towards the standard copy. I have it pre-ordered on Amazon and I will apparently get the Sights and Sound DLC pack for free. I'm thinking that will do.
