My name is Okamikee. I used to own an N64 many years ago, but I just recently realized how much I've missed one of the greatest game systems ever. So just today, I bought myself a brand new(used) system with two controllers, and ten games(I don't know which, I guess it's the seller's choice.) and it should be delivered in about a week. I got overly excited and found this board.

Anyways, I'll be here often, and I absolutely can't wait for my system to come.

Welcome!

I was in a similar position about five years ago... I'd sold my original N64 and all it's games just before the Gamecube came out. It didn't take long for me to realise that I was missing some of my favorite games; Goldeneye, Ocarina of Time, Perfect Dark. Anyway, I was really lucky because I managed to track down a brand new N64 in a local store. Since then I've been rebuilding my N64 collection... now it's almost complete. :)

So what games are you most looking forward to playing again?

People here seem to have sold their systems, only to realize years later that they want them back.

Luckily, I held on to mine, for when I feel like playing it.

Welcome to the fourm.

Warm welcomes already. :) Thank you. Anyways, Since I sold my N64 all those years ago, I've been playing my games through an emulator with my PS3 controller, but it definitely wasn't the same. I'm so glad I re-bought one, and I'm really excited to get my hands on it.

The games I'm most excited to play again are the Zelda games, Mario, Starfox, and Super Smash Bros.

Also, alxbly, I saw those pics of your collection. Holy crap, dude.

I've been playing and collecting games for years. My collection has grown quite a bit recently, it's probably time to take more photos. There's people here with bigger collections than mine though... :)

Welcome, Okamikee!! (heh... I dig your "topic description" :yeah: )
Though it IS a Nintendo 64 forum, you'll notice that some of us very rarely talk about all things N64, or even videogame-related (I'm guilty)... so don't ever feel "restricted" to N64-talk. ;)

I've said before that my collection is almost complete but there are still a few titles I'd like, mainly imports. There's a few games I'd like to sell as well, although whether I ever get around to doing that is something that even I haven't decided yet.

Yeah, I know. It's just that I'm so excited to play an N64 again after a long hiatus. My buddy joked that it'll come with ten copies of Superman 64.

You have NO idea how excited I am.

I do. I remember how pleased I was when I got my lovely new N64 after missing Goldeneye for what seemed like soooo long. N64 rocks. :n64: :yeah:

Hooray Newbies!

Glad to see you'll soon have a Nintendo 64 yet again. Cherish it like no other.

Ten mystery games? They're not going to be Superman 64 as that game is worth a little something. It's going to come with ten copies of Madden Football 64. <_<

If you don't mind me asking, how did you find this forum?

I found this site by browsing the N64 forums on GameFAQs, which is where I found a link to this place from alxbly's sig(maybe it was someone else's sig, I don't remember for sure.).

Probably was alxbly, as I haven't visited the GameFAQs board in a while and he's the only other person I know of to have had the link in his signature.

You'll probably recognize a few other members from GameFAQs as well. :)

Really? That's interesting. He hasn't been around here very much lately so I wasn't sure where he stood with us. I guess I should stop assuming the worst of people... but where's the fun in that?
