Following on from my 64 controller collection, http://s9.zetaboards.com/Nintendo_64_Forever/single/?p=8064531&t=7267501, I've just about finished my gamecube controller collection. ![]() Versions: Indigo Blue, Orange Spice, Jet Black, Platinum Silver Indigo/Clear 2 Tone, Pure White, Emerald Green, Tales of Symphonia Mint Green Char's/Gundam Red/Copper 2 Tone, ASCII keytroller White/Indigo 2 Tone, Final Fantasy (?) Pearl White Mario Red/Blue 2 Tone, Luigi Green/Navy Blue 2 Tone, Wario Yellow/Purple 2 Tone, Club Nintendo White/Sky Blue 2 Tone Wavebird, Grey There are missing wavebirds- I have 2 grey and a silver, but basically not interested if they are just a copied colour scheme of a standard controller, just unique (the grey one). I am yet to work out a mount, the 64 setup can't be copied as there is no expansion slot. A possibility is using a rubberized coathanger and bend it around in some way. Special thanks to: Wrath Oskvro, we share a passion for old stuff :-P, thanks for your support in collecting! lithium017, thanks for the help with finding some stuff, good luck completing your collection. ddr2nite, for feeding my addiction

lovely! ive only got four different GC controllers now. Plus two Wavebirds and some thrid-party controllers. i was about to buy a Spicey Orange set from playasia.com but the shipping would be more expensive than the Gamecube.. bummer! Edited by Mk II, Jan 28 2011, 05:48 PM.

If you want to get technical, there is someone selling JUST the Panasonic Q controller on eBay right now. He says its brand new, but it is indeed not, clearly from the pictures shown showing some wear, and dirt. Here's the link if you want to add it to your collection, pretty pricey for a controller. http://cgi.ebay.com/Nintendo-Gamecube-Panasonic-Q-Controller-SH-TGC10-NEW-/320646762943?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aa80951bf |

Holy crap that collectionis very nice and so near completion! I have been considering getting going on my own but I still need to finish the N64 collection. Here is a page I made of all of the N64 first party controllers that might be informative and it includes the few that you are missing: GC Controller Variations So I believe that only leaves out for gold, resident evil 4 silver, and the Hanshin Tigers black normal controllers - that is crazy! i've never seen any evidence of the gold controller. where did you see it? opportunities to buy the RE4 and tigers controllers have been available, but to be honest they are just boring. the daiei hawks got fluro orange and transparent black, as opposed to standard black with a crappy logo. same thing with the RE4, its just 2 standard colours with a logo. the club nintendo set i love, all four are completely boxed as if new. i also have the tales of symphonia and gundam consoles and GBA players but without boxes. still neat to look at though! |

Other than the Gold, RE4 and Tigers controllers, there was also a completely Clear one, and there was a Club Nintendo Wavebird (like the regular Club controller white/blue w/ Marios hat) and a Gundam Wavebird. Hori made a regular controller, but more importantly made an SNES style controller for the Game Boy Player, in Indigo and Jet Black. These Hori controllers are licensed like the ASCII Keybord. There was also a Mega Man X controller and an RE4 Chainsaw, both made by Nubytech. (Nuby also made a Shadow the hedgehog controller and an RE4 Chainsaw for PS2) There were also Donkey Kong Bongos and a Mario DDR Pad. Both officially licensed. Edited by corE, Jan 31 2011, 08:49 AM.

One of mine is a red controller with a turbo button and a black analog stick, one is a bulky purple one with a rumble switch and a smoother set of analog sticks, and the other (I have two of them) is a grey wireless controller that looks more like a standard controller than the Wavebird; which seriously looks pregnant to me with the switch at the bottom between the prongs. |

There is actually another WaveBird, sort of. I won it at E3 2002. It's exactly like the gray WaveBird controller, except it came in a blue felt bag that said something like "Catch the Wave!" on it or something. The controller and receiver were in OEM bags with a small instruction sheet. It's probably the exact same as the gray version, but I'll find it later and check the model number and stuff. |

If the color is the exact same then it is nearly definitely not another version of the wavebird. Additionally, here is a link to a legit image of a boxed gold gamecube (it was only available in small quantities in Japan): Gold Gamecube with Controller and Box |

Hey. I live most of the year in Japan (and the rest in Australia) and have been collecting and selling gaming stuff that I find here. I recently found a clear GameCube controller and I can't find any information about it. The only thing close seems to be the indigo/clear controller, but this one is completely clear, and it seems to be an official controller. I was hoping someone here might know something about it. I recognise a couple of the user names in this thread and think I have sold stuff to some of you before. I'm not trying to drum up business or anything. I'm more interested in figuring out how this controller came to be. I have a photo of it and can post it if someone can tell me how to. Thanks in advance. Jack |

I was going to mention that clear atomic purple controller that you have here too! Thanks for joining the site. I have bought from you before. I have never, ever seen that controller you have before anywhere - and I was the creator of the list of official gamecube controllers on this site - of which I did a lot of research on. Where and how did you get it? |

Hi Lithium... Dan right? I found the pad while shopping in one of the regular secondhand stores I visit here in Sapporo (Japan). Since then I have been searching Ebay, Google and some online Japanese stores but can't find another. I'd like to post a photo, but when I click on "Image" it just asks for a url. I'll try just putting in the image location on my hard disk... |

That is the completely clear controller I mentioned before. It came bundled in the "Enjoy Plus Pak+". I was the high bidder on your controller, but then you ended the auction. Just figured I would let you all know that it IS official, so everyone can bid on it when it is listed again. I will not be bidding on it this time around. |

Hey. Thanks. I did have it listed breifly but when I coulnd't find any info on it I decided to try to find out more about it before selling it. Sorry if this caused you any hassle Core. I did a search on "Enjoy Plus Pak+" and found this page which shows the boxed system it came with http://www.toysnjoys.com/access_cube.html http://www.toysnjoys.com/access_cube/jenjoypluspak.jpg I'm in no hurry to relist it. But I can do it soon if I hear anyone wants it. Jack |

None of the posts have been deleted. Old topics do occasionally get merged if there's no new posts in them for over four months, which was the case for your N64 controller collection topic.
