Johnny Quest (the original series) 3. Lancelot Link- Secret Chimp 4. Rocky and Bullwinkle 5. Underdog There where more than this that were my favorite. Hard to narrow it down to five.

Crap I forgot about Angry Beavers...too many good cartoons from the 90s... 1 Hey Arnold 2 Rugrats 3 Rocko's Modern Life 4 Catdog 5 Doug Family Guy South Park and Simpsons are cool too but I like the old ones from when I was little.
